Recruiter - technical hiring (Des Moines, IA)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Stone Hospitality Group and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be technical hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 373 people based in Des Moines. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to guest bookings. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on guest bookings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Des Moines. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
