Recruiter - technical hiring (Des Moines, IA)

Lumen Rook Markets is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for shrink and waste, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to shrink and waste. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on shrink and waste. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Des Moines. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
