Recruiter - technical hiring (Des Moines, IA)

We are growing our team at Nova Union Inspection Services Partners and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be technical hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 189 people based in Des Moines. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to scheduling. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on scheduling. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Des Moines, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
