Recruiter - technical hiring (Des Moines, IA)

Greenridge Willow Learning Group is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for attendance records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 564 people based in Des Moines. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to attendance records. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on attendance records. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Des Moines. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
