Recruiter - technical hiring (Denver, CO)

Fernwood Umber Freight is a Denver logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on technical hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 33 people based in Denver. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to claims. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on claims. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
