Recruiter - technical hiring (Denver, CO)

Stonegate Willow Insurance is an insurance company in Denver with claims and service teams, and we need a Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to claims. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on claims. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Denver. • We reply to every applicant.
