Recruiter - technical hiring (Denver, CO)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Meridian Banking Services and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be technical hiring. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to deposit accounts. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on deposit accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Denver, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
