Recruiter - technical hiring (Denver, CO)

We are growing our team at Silverline Cedar Inspection Services and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be technical hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 428 people based in Denver. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to field inspections. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on field inspections. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Denver. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
