Recruiter - technical hiring (Dallas, TX)

Ironwood Clear Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Dallas area, and we need a Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to housekeeping schedules. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on housekeeping schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
