Recruiter - technical hiring (Dallas, TX)

Foxglove Clear Telecom provides broadband and phone service around Dallas. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on technical hiring. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to billing accounts. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on billing accounts. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
