Recruiter - technical hiring (Dallas, TX)

Summit Beacon Markets Group operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Dallas. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on technical hiring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to online orders. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on online orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Dallas. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
