Recruiter - technical hiring (Columbus, OH)

Summit Ashton Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Columbus. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on technical hiring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Columbus. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to client sites. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on client sites. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
