Recruiter - technical hiring (Columbus, OH)

Amberfield Union Health is a healthcare provider in Columbus with clinics and support teams, and we need a Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to clinic supplies. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on clinic supplies. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Columbus. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
