Recruiter - technical hiring (Colorado Springs, CO)

Ironwood Clear Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Colorado Springs area, and we need a Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 29 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to service installations. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on service installations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Colorado Springs. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
