Recruiter - technical hiring (Colorado Springs, CO)

Northwind Studio serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Colorado Springs, and we need a Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to fleet maintenance. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on fleet maintenance. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
