Recruiter - technical hiring (Colorado Springs, CO)

Ironwood Ridge Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Colorado Springs, and we need a Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. Collaboration between teachers and staff is strong. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to school calendars. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on school calendars. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Colorado Springs, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
