Recruiter - technical hiring (Colorado Springs, CO)

Ironwood Cobalt Insurance is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for underwriting files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to underwriting files. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on underwriting files. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
