Recruiter - technical hiring (Colorado Springs, CO)

Ironwood Keystone Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Colorado Springs area. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on technical hiring. We work weekends and holidays and we make it fun. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to housekeeping schedules. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on housekeeping schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
