Recruiter - technical hiring (Colorado Springs, CO)

Bright Union Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Colorado Springs area, and we need a Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 12 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to network equipment. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on network equipment. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
