Recruiter - technical hiring (Cleveland, OH)

Northwind Orchard Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Cleveland area, and we need a Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to customer tickets. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on customer tickets. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Cleveland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
