Recruiter - technical hiring (Cleveland, OH)

Foxglove Harbor Environmental Services is an environmental-services company in Cleveland with routes, transfer stations and recycling. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on technical hiring. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to collection routes. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on collection routes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
