Recruiter - technical hiring (Cleveland, OH)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Hollow Freight and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be technical hiring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to carrier rates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on carrier rates. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
