Recruiter - technical hiring (Cincinnati, OH)

Harborlight Willow Learning Group is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 969 people based in Cincinnati. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to enrolment. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on enrolment. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Cincinnati. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
