Recruiter - technical hiring (Chicago, IL)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Cedar Health and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be technical hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 937 people based in Chicago. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to referrals. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on referrals. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Chicago. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
