Recruiter - technical hiring (Chicago, IL)

Amberfield Bright Staffing places workers with employers around Chicago, and we need a Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. We are in the people business and act like it. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to onboarding. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on onboarding. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Chicago. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
