Recruiter - technical hiring (Chicago, IL)

Lumen Bright Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from Chicago. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on technical hiring. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to regulatory reports. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on regulatory reports. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Chicago. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
