Recruiter - technical hiring (Chicago, IL)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Ashton Hospitality and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be technical hiring. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to guest bookings. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on guest bookings. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Chicago, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
