Recruiter - technical hiring (Charlotte, NC)

Northwind Linden Inspection Services provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Charlotte. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on technical hiring. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to equipment calibration. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on equipment calibration. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Charlotte. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
