Recruiter - technical hiring (Charlotte, NC)

Fernwood Ridge Early Learning runs childcare centres in Charlotte caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on technical hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 593 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to licensing records. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on licensing records. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Charlotte, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
