Recruiter - technical hiring (Charlotte, NC)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Lakeside Telecom and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be technical hiring. Technicians and office staff share information daily. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to billing accounts. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on billing accounts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Charlotte, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
