Recruiter - technical hiring (Charlotte, NC)

Summit Clear Freight is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for carrier rates, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We reward reliability. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to carrier rates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on carrier rates. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Charlotte, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
