Recruiter - technical hiring (Charlotte, NC)

Fernwood Vale Housing is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for rent assistance, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 624 people based in Charlotte. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to rent assistance. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on rent assistance. • Local job-centre and school contacts.
