Recruiter - technical hiring (Charleston, SC)

We are growing our team at Summit Haven Learning Group and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be technical hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 38 people based in Charleston. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to school calendars. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on school calendars. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Charleston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
