Recruiter - technical hiring (Charleston, SC)

Bluepeak Meadow Community Partners is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for client intake, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to client intake. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on client intake. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Charleston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
