Recruiter - technical hiring (Charleston, SC)

We are growing our team at Cedar River Property Management and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be technical hiring. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to resident events. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on resident events. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Charleston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
