Recruiter - technical hiring (Charleston, SC)

Bright Oak Banking Services is a regional lender in Charleston with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on technical hiring. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to account openings. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on account openings. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Charleston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
