Recruiter - technical hiring (Charleston, SC)

Amberfield Basin Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Charleston. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on technical hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 70 people based in Charleston. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to contractor visits. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on contractor visits. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Charleston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
