Recruiter - technical hiring (Buffalo, NY)

Highbridge Sable Markets Partners is a Buffalo retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering, and we need a Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to supplier deliveries. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on supplier deliveries. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Buffalo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
