Recruiter - technical hiring (Buffalo, NY)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Meridian Environmental Services and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be technical hiring. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to service complaints. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on service complaints. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Buffalo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
