Recruiter - technical hiring (Buffalo, NY)

Greenridge River Markets Group is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for online orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 68 people based in Buffalo. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to online orders. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. What we are looking for • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience.
