Recruiter - technical hiring (Buffalo, NY)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Timber Property Management Group and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be technical hiring. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to unit turnovers. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on unit turnovers. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Buffalo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
