Recruiter - technical hiring (Buffalo, NY)

Redstone Cobalt Property Management Group manages apartment communities around Buffalo, and we need a Recruiter to lead our technical hiring. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to lease renewals. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on lease renewals. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Buffalo. • We reply to every applicant.
