Recruiter - technical hiring (Buffalo, NY)

Lumen Bright Housing is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for maintenance stores, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 26 people based in Buffalo. What you will do • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to maintenance stores. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on maintenance stores. • Local job-centre and school contacts.
