Recruiter - technical hiring (Buffalo, NY)

We are growing our team at Lumen Wren Legal Group and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be technical hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 597 people based in Buffalo. What you will do • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to client files. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on client files. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Buffalo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
