Recruiter - technical hiring (Buffalo, NY)

Northwind Cross Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Buffalo area. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on technical hiring. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Buffalo. What you will do • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to housekeeping schedules. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on housekeeping schedules. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Buffalo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
