Recruiter - technical hiring (Boston, MA)

Amberfield Drift Banking Services is a regional lender in Boston with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on technical hiring. You would join a large organisation of about 645 people based in Boston. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to card disputes. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on card disputes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Boston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
