Recruiter - technical hiring (Boston, MA)

Stonegate Field Markets serves neighbourhoods around Boston with fresh food and everyday goods. We are hiring a Recruiter to take on technical hiring. Managers started on the floor. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to supplier deliveries. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on supplier deliveries. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Boston. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
