Recruiter - technical hiring (Boston, MA)

Bluepeak Sable Staffing Group is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for onboarding, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 374 people based in Boston. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to onboarding. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. What we are looking for • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Two or more years of recruiting experience. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on onboarding. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Boston, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
