Recruiter - technical hiring (Boise, ID)

We are growing our team at Bright Ridge Insurance and adding a Recruiter whose main responsibility will be technical hiring. You would join a small organisation of about 42 people based in Boise. What you will do • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to customer complaints. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Experience hiring for teams that work on customer complaints. • Local job-centre and school contacts. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
