Recruiter - technical hiring (Boise, ID)

Amberfield Cedar Hospitality Associates is looking for a Recruiter. The job centres on technical hiring for guest bookings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 552 people based in Boise. What you will do • Keep every candidate informed, including those who are not selected. • Partner with hiring managers on what the job really needs. • Report weekly on pipeline and time to fill, including for roles tied to guest bookings. • Post roles, screen applicants and schedule interviews. • Coordinate offers, background checks and start dates. What we are looking for • Two or more years of recruiting experience. • Fast, friendly and organised. • Comfort with an applicant-tracking system. Nice to have • Local job-centre and school contacts. • Experience hiring for teams that work on guest bookings. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
